Do you work with people and organisations outside the UK?
Yes. I have worked internationally throughout my career and have coached people in the DRC, US, France, Germany, Kenya and Canada, as well as working with organisations in the UK and India.

Yes. You do not need to diagnose the answer before we speak. Tell me what is not working or what the organisation is trying to achieve, and I will recommend the most useful starting point.
Can my organisation pay?
Yes. Coaching can often be funded through a learning, leadership or professional development budget. I can send you the information you need to discuss it internally.
